We partner with a HIPAA-safe AI, designed for wellness insights only — not medical diagnosis.

The standout feature is definitely the AI-powered insights. Instead of staring at a confusing "low-density lipoprotein cholesterol" number and having to Google it, you can simply ask the AI chat, “Why is my cholesterol changing compared to last year?” It will give you a clear, personalized explanation using your own health history. This aligns perfectly with the trend seen across the industry where AI is turning complex reports into a “Health Instruction Manual”. It's like having a 24/7 health assistant that actually knows your data.
You will also appreciate the privacy and security aspect. Knowing that this AI operates within a HIPAA-compliant system rather than a general-purpose tool gives us peace of mind. The portal still lets us easily schedule appointments and view invoices, which is a huge time-saver.
The only downside? While the AI is great for explaining results and suggesting questions for your doctor, it strictly states that it doesn't provide medical diagnoses. This is a smart safety boundary, but we wish the trend analysis (comparing results over several years) was a bit more visual and automatic. Currently, you have to ask the AI to do it.
