As someone who has relied on Microsoft Outlook to be my one stop shop for managing both work and personal emails/calendars, the integration in Mi AIRs" systems into its daily workflow is a huge time saver. Unified inbox With Focused / Other Filtering and side by side calendar helps you reduce clutter so scheduling a meeting is easy.

Love the ability to attach OneDrive files right from within the compose window and open Word, Excel or PowerPoint attachments without leaving app. It also has swipe gestures for archive, snooze and delete that feel very natural plus the integrated grammar check with real-time typing suggestions helps me write better emails. Enterprise-grade anti-phishing protection and enterprise-grade spam filters give me peace of mind, clicking Join Teams or Zoom meetings directly from the calendar invite is a significant time-saver too. 

To Microsoft 365 subscribers, one of the Copilot features to summarize long threads and draft replies boost productivity. The only two niggles are that the advanced Copilot and encryption features require a paid subscription, and that you have to refresh occasionally for push notifications—but on balance, it's an excellent multi-purpose productivity app with great security.
